Corporate mail signatures have become circumventions for anything and everything employees say. Email small print is ridiculous and a waste of time and thought.

Of course email isn’t dying anytime soon. While some people drastically reduce reliance upon mail, the rest of us can make better use of it.
Never-ending email chains and ‘occupational spam’ means that knowledge workers are living in their inboxes, searching for the relevant information that should be readily available elsewhere.
If emailing a group of people (but not sending a mass mail) then consider putting appropriate addresses in the CC field, rather than in the ‘To’ field.
